The Forest Retest of 2017 was an international event, occurring after The Forest Project announced that Wild, Rock, and Mist are all the same Dwelling. The traits of a Forest Dweller change throughout their entire Fire Eyed life, and they are categorized into three groups. These groups are the Dwellings that they were once thought to be. The Retest commanded that every Forest Dweller be retested, so that any change of traits could be identified. Fortunately, the Wild population thinned, clearing the innocent.
